If you want a reliable, tried-and-tested machine and are on a tighter budget, the old 3XO still works well. One more thing patience and adaptation are required with an EV. You need to adjust to charging schedules and software quirks. From my 10 years of experience, this is common; every new EV comes with some learning curve.

 

Bottom line both have their own value and charm. The EV offers thrill and modern feel the old 3XO offers rugged reliability. Your priorities will decide which one suits you better.
