"I bought the Citroën C3 Live CNG (RJ11CB0709) from the Jaipur dealership, and it has been a nightmare. I am extremely disappointed with the car and the brand for several reasons:
Mileage Fraud: The biggest issue is the fuel economy. I was promised 28–30 km/kg, but in reality, I am barely getting 18–20 km/kg on the highway at a steady speed of 80 km/h. This is a massive difference from what was sold to me.
Unbearable Noise: The cabin noise (NVH) is terrible. The car feels very unrefined and cheap while driving because of how much engine and road noise enters the cabin.
False Service Promises: They market "Service on Wheels" as a big feature, but it’s a myth. When I actually needed doorstep service, it was unavailable.
Missing Features: The car feels like a stripped-down version. Many things discussed during the sales pitch at the showroom are missing in the actual vehicle delivered.
I have already issued a formal notice to the company for a full refund/buy-back because the product does not match the technical promises made at the time of purchase."
