Mahindra & Mahindra ended 2025 as India’s second-largest auto logo, promoting near 6 lakh gadgets. Not horrific, right? And now, slightly into 2026, they’ve already rolled out the XUV 3XO EV, Bolero Camper & Bolero Pik-Up, and Thar Roxx Star Edition. But clearly, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The actual fun? Multiple new SUVs and a pickup are coated up for the 12 months. And I’ve been retaining a near eye on them.
1. 2026 Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift

Scorpio N facelift is coming soon. Spotted testing with heavy camo. Looks mysterious. Technically? Almost no change. Mostly cosmetic. The big update is the 10.25-inch touchscreen from Thar Roxx goodbye old 8-inch unit. Level 2 ADAS, dual-zone climate control, and Sony 12-speaker system stay. Engines? Same old 2.0L petrol and 2.2L diesel. Personal bit I remember test-driving the current Scorpio N last year. Handling was decent. And I have a feeling this facelift, with those modern toys, will feel sharper. Just hope they sorted minor bugs in the infotainment.

2. Mahindra Vision S

Vision S concept. Sub-4 metre SUV. Rugged. Spotted testing in Tamil Nadu. This one uses a monocoque frame stepping away from the old ladder-frame. Petrol, diesel, and EV versions planned. EV might hit India late 2026. Design is boxy like the concept, spare wheel at tailgate. Headlamps? Circular now, not L-shaped. Cabin will have 12.3-inch dual screens and modern connectivity. Engines 1.2L turbo petrol and 1.5L turbo diesel. Story time I saw the concept at a dealer once. Felt premium inside. But then I thought will this small SUV carry its weight off-road? Hmm. Time will tell.

3. Scorpio N Pickup

Pickup based on Scorpio N. Concept first showed in South Africa, 2023. Now testing in India. Level 2 ADAS, 5G, ride modes Normal, Sand, Snow, Mud. Semi-auto parking too. Gen-2 mHawk diesel under the hood. 6-speed manual and auto options. Expected launch end of 2026. Quick memory I drove a similar pickup last year. Comfortable off-road. City traffic? Bit tricky. Mahindra better get that right. Drivers will notice.
4. Mahindra Thar EV

Thar.E electric concept. 5-door EV off-roader. Rectangular grille, square LEDs, boxy silhouette. Cabin like other new-born electric Mahindras. Based on P1 platform (revised INGLO). Battery might come from Volkswagen, range could be 500+ km. I sat in the concept once seats felt good, visibility excellent. But will the EV handle rough Indian roads? That’s the real question. Exciting, but cautious optimism.

So yeah, 2026-27 is going to be interesting for Mahindra fans. Facelifted Scorpio N, Vision S, Scorpio N pickup, and Thar EV all bringing something new. Some things look very promising. Others, we’ll have to see in real life. And trust me, after-sales service will be as important as the shiny tech. Enthusiasts, city drivers something for everyone. But Mahindra, don’t forget the small details. They make or break the experience.
