2. Engine and Performance
The MT-15 V2 is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled VVA engine (18.4 PS @10,000 rpm, 14.1 Nm @7,500 rpm) that delivers brisk performance and a great riding experience
.
3. Technical Features
The DLX variant gets a colour TFT cluster with smart features like Turn-by-Turn Navigation, Bluetooth connectivity (via Y-Connect app), Maintenance alerts, Rider ranking.
Safety features include dual-channel ABS, Traction Control System, and Side-stand engine cut-off feature.
4. Handling and Suspension
The inverted (USD) front forks and Mono-shock rear suspension offer good stability in both city and highway modes.
The 17-inch alloy wheels get 282mm front and 220mm rear disc brakes that make braking performance safer – especially on the highway with dual‑ABS.
5. Mileage and Riding Experience
The fuel injection and VVA combination gives the MT‑15 V2 a mileage of 40‑45 km/l, offering a mixed experience in city and highway riding.
Many users have reported mileage of up to 47‑48 km/l, but the suspension is a little stiff, which can be tiring, especially on bad roads.
